Following Septembers’ recent committee meeting I wish to send members an update from the committee in relation to forthcoming events, Inter club match play competitions, internal match play competitions, Facility improvements etc. Our job is to work on behalf of the members and to make your Butter Mountain Golf Club experience a very positive one.
· May we remind everybody that if you know of anybody who is interested in golf, no matter what level they are at, please encourage them to join and they will be most welcome to participate in our club. We always need new members.
· It is the Committee’s intention to run a monthly team event as was suggested at the last AGM. This is also a great opportunity to engage with new and older members of the club.
· There will be a new Gold Medal Prize this year. The winners of the 8 monthly medals will go into a play off competition for the Gold Medal.
· Some members have asked about the transaction history of their wallet. If you require a breakdown then you are advised to message Brian Cruise or George Moloney privately and they will respond.
· · Some members have also enquired about their Winnings. If you appear on the results at www.bmgc.ie then your wallet balance has been increased by €30. (€40 for overall winner on a Saturday, €50 for Medal winner).
Fixed point for Competition/Course Conditions>> https://buttermountaingolf.· Please note that Presidents Day(George Moloney) has been rescheduled for this Saturday September 6th. Looking forward to it complete with Goodie Bags

This is also a great opportunity to mingle with fellow members whom you don’t normally golf with.
